1. Freeze the cleaned and cuted fruits in fridge for 24 hours.
2. Defrost for 10-15 mins outside.
3. Put in machine and work for 4- 5mins.
4. Always peel bananas before freezing.
5. Always freeze peeled bananas and other frozen fruits for at least 24hours before using.
6. Always make sure the chute is locked in place in the 12o'clock position on the base.
7. Always make sure your bananas are ripe or cheetah-spotted before freezing, the more browns spots. the sweeter taste.
8. If your ice cream comes out mushy, the fruit isn't frozen enough.
9. If your fruit rock hard, give it 10-15 mins to defrost.
